About The Position

Coop de Ville is looking for a Games Supervisor to provide customer service and general maintenance for the duck pin bowling and arcade section of the space. Coop de Ville is part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group, a Pittsburgh based restaurant group, which includes Butcher and the Rye, Gi-jin, Fish nor Fowl, Täkō, Täkō Tôrtä, Sally Ann's, and Meat & Potatoes. We are looking for people who are committed, highly organized and hard-working. They like being part of a close-knit team and also enjoy the excitement that comes from working under pressure. We hope to find team-oriented people who want to be with us long-term and who may be interested in growing their skills and responsibilities in a fast-paced company. Must have open availability including evenings, late night and weekends. This position will work primarily in the evenings assisting customers with game issues, clearing balls from duck pin bowling, clearing tables, and providing maintenance and cleaning for the games at the end of the night. They will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the whole games section of the restaurant, and communicating with the rest of the team as needed.

Requirements

2+ years' experience working in a customer service environment
Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
Ability to enforce our rules and government guidelines
Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease.
