We are currently hiring for a full time seasonal legal coop available from May through August.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and files
  • Perform document review, data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
  • Track deadlines, calendars, and legal correspondence as assigned
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, audits, or special projects
  • Respond to internal requests and route inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information
  • Support other legal department duties as needed during peak periods
  • Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned
