About The Position

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to
both internal and external guests. The floor supervisor is also responsible for
monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to
assure the delivery of guest service according Isle of Capri Casino standards,
while maintaining the integrity of the games.  This position is responsible for
learning and communicating the various policies and procedures required of the
Table Games department staff.
