About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced gamers and gameplay data capture professionals with strong AAA gameplay proficiency, recording and annotation skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and access to a high-end gaming PC to contribute to an advanced AI training and gameplay-data project. Selected professionals will play and capture gameplay from AAA titles, organise and annotate recordings, troubleshoot capture workflows, and maintain accurate project files for use in AI training. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

• Strong experience with and proficiency in AAA games
• Access to game titles required by the project
• Mandatory access to a high-end gaming PC capable of running and recording current AAA games smoothly at high resolutions
• Experience with gameplay recording or data-capture tools
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote work environment

Nice To Haves

• Gameplay QA, playtesting, annotation, or video-editing experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Play AAA titles according to project instructions and scenario requirements
• Record gameplay using approved capture tools while maintaining consistent quality
• Annotate, label, and organise captured data according to project guidelines
• Review recordings for completeness, usability, and technical quality
• Identify missing, incomplete, or invalid data before submission
• Diagnose hardware, software, recording, and workflow issues
• Resolve common capture-performance problems without compromising gameplay quality
• Maintain organised file structures, naming conventions, and data libraries
• Prepare recordings and annotations for transfer using approved workflows
• Verify successful uploads and escalate unresolved technical issues clearly
• Ensure submissions meet project-specific acceptance criteria
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across repeated capture tasks
• Communicate progress, technical issues, and workflow feedback to project leads
• Adapt quickly to revised instructions, tools, game titles, or task requirements
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed remote team
