About The Position

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday - Bag Valet. This role involves operating Bag Check stations, handling credit card transactions, and securely storing fan bags and items that do not comply with Reliant Park’s Clear Bag Policy. Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to process credit card transactions using a portable credit card reader.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with fans and other employees.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction to complete personal goals and as a team member in order to accomplish department goals.
• Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bag Check stations.
• Handle credit card transactions.
• Securely store fans bags/items that do not comply with Reliant Park’s Clear Bag Policy.
• Store bags in an organized & efficient manner.
• Interact with fans in a positive and respectful manner.
• Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events and duties within the Business operations offices.
• Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Coordinator.
