About The Position

Covers the floor of the game center in a manner that will contribute to earning a profit while creating an enjoyable experience for our guests. This position will set an example by assisting guests with their game play as well as demonstrating responsibility toward game challenges. High importance will be placed on guest service. This individual will demonstrate outstanding performance, look professional by adhering to our uniform policy, take advantage of leadership opportunities and continually demonstrate leadership abilities within the department. In addition to providing great customer service to the guest the Game Technician will be responsible to install, maintain, and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues within the arcade games. Arcade game technicians will rely on manuals and wiring diagrams to maintain and properly diagnose any issues the machines may have.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years-old
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Neat appearance, friendly disposition.
• Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to work on gaming boards with precision.
• Quick and efficient problem solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of computer systems.
• The understanding of micro processing systems.
• An understanding of reset procedure and the use of trouble shooting and malfunction codes.
• Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues within the arcade games.
• Rely on manuals and wiring diagrams to maintain and properly diagnose any issues the machines may have.
• Assist guests with their game play.
• Demonstrate responsibility toward game challenges.
• Provide great customer service to guests.
• Talk to guests to promote Bavarian Inn Lodge Fun Center and affiliated locations.
• Communicate with both internal and external guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Successfully multi-task and move from one task to another to assist guests and staff members before task is completed.
