Game Room Attendant - Cast Member
About The Position
Game Room Attendants support guests as they play games and ensure all games are clean and operational. Cast Members are cross-trained in a variety of positions and are empowered to provide excellent service. The role may suit a first-time job seeker or someone interested in building a career with CEC Entertainment, where more than 60% of managers have been promoted from within. The position pays $17.13–$18.13 per hour. Commission may also be earned for selling memberships and Fun Passes, with amounts depending on exempt or non-exempt status. Pay is issued biweekly unless state law requires otherwise. The company also offers access to earned wages through its “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program. The job involves working in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Employees must be able to perform the listed physical activities and handle job stress while interacting effectively with guests and coworkers. Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Must be available to work various shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift.
- Must be able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and coworkers.
