About The Position

The Maine Mariners are seeking energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Game Presentation Promo team for the 2026-2027 season. Promo team members are responsible for creating unforgettable fan experiences at Mariners home games. The team has two main roles: Promotion Ports, which act as an information center and activation zone point of contact, and Promo Team, which executes game presentation elements and fan engagement pre-game and in-game.

Requirements

• Adaptable and willing to jump into roles where help is needed.
• A team-first attitude with a “Yes!” mentality.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional fan experience at every game.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hockey calendar.
• Study in Communications, Sports Management, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere for fans of all ages.
• Lead fan engagement efforts and be interactive with the crowd throughout the game.
• Assist with the execution of pre-game and in-game promotions and activations.
• Assist with all on-ice and intermission entertainment.
• Set up and break down of activation zones on the concourse.
• Represent the Maine Mariners in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
