About The Position

The Game Presentation & Entertainment Internship is designed for college students interested in live sports entertainment and production. Interns will assist in creating a unique fan experience and environment on match days at Red Bull Arena. They will learn about entertainment, stage management, video board production, and other aspects of game presentation. This intern will report directly to the Manager of Game Presentation & Entertainment. This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with an interest in Game Entertainment, Field Marketing, and Production.
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter when given projects to own.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights for events.
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment.
• Proof of receiving academic credit for the internship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sports/entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a unique fan experience and environment on match days.
• Learn about entertainment, stage management, and video board production.
• Act as a stage manager through executing partnership presentations, in-arena host live hits, and additional events.
• Ideate on new elements to enhance the fan experience on match days.
• Assist with script writing and overall production elements.
• Prepare for and execute in-house production for sporting events.
• Work with equipment and shadow various roles in a live control room.
• Engage with supporter groups and find new ways to integrate them into match entertainment.
• Brainstorm new traditions and supporter involvement elements.
