Requirements

  • Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Must be able to carry a minimum of 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant game day/night experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates and receives direction from the Senior Coordinator of Business Operations before, during, and after each home game.
  • Ensures the safety of kids during all open times of the Long Island Nets Kids Zone.
  • Prepares and breaks down all elements of the Kids Zone before and after games.
  • Assists in coordination of special game elements, such as raffles and live auctions.
  • Reviews all event notes before the game to ensure a clear understanding of all in-game/on-court elements.
  • Assists in executing Court of Dreams experience during pre/post-game & non-game days.
