About The Position

Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest is hiring energetic, reliable Game Hosts to help run tactical laser tag missions, welcome guests, lead games, and make sure every group leaves talking about how much fun they had. This is a great fit for high school students, college students, former camp counselors, gamers, athletes, customer service pros, and anyone who enjoys being active and working with people. As a Battle House Game Host, you will help create an awesome experience from the moment guests walk in until the final game ends. You do not need laser tag experience. We will train you on everything you need to know.

Requirements

At least 16 years old
Can confidently speak to groups of kids, teens, and adults
Are friendly, dependable, and comfortable being on your feet
Can stay calm and helpful when things get busy
Enjoy games, teamwork, sports, camps, entertainment, or customer service
Can work weekends and some evenings
Show up on time and take pride in doing a good job

Responsibilities

Welcome players and help them get checked in
Explain safety rules, equipment, and game missions
Lead and referee tactical laser tag games
Keep games moving, fair, safe, and exciting
Help guests have a great birthday party, family outing, team event, or night out
Keep equipment, party rooms, and the arena clean and ready for the next group
Work closely with teammates during busy shifts
