About The Position

SciPlay is hiring a Game Economy & Monetization Manager to design and tune the economies of its free-to-play mobile and web games. The role owns currencies, sources and sinks, progression, virtual-goods pricing, and KPIs for economy health. It uses data, models, and experiments to assess player incentives and balance short-term revenue against long-term economic health. The manager tunes feature configurations, rewards, progression, bonuses, and offers; builds simulations and predictive models; plans and interprets A/B tests; and defines behavior- and motivation-based player segments. The role monitors player balances, inflation, source-to-sink ratios, and conversion, responding to anomalies. It partners with Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering, and presents recommendations to senior leadership. The position shares work with LiveOps, Monetization, and Analytics. It partners with Monetization on offers, bundles, and pricing, providing economic guardrails while Monetization handles execution and revenue targets. With LiveOps, it defines event costs, rewards, and pacing while LiveOps manages scheduling, configuration, and QA. It also helps Product and Monetization make experience-versus-revenue trade-offs explicit. SciPlay describes itself as an inclusive workplace and encourages candidates to apply even if their experience does not align with every qualification. Employment is subject to consent to a due diligence/background investigation, to the extent permitted by law. The job description notes that other related tasks may be assigned.
