About The Position

The Game Day - Ticket Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing operations on event days. This includes supervising ticket sellers, resolving customer issues, managing ticket inventory, and ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for fans and guests.

Requirements

High School diploma required.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of Paciolan (Pac7 and SB Client preferred)
Excellent people-management skills with extensive experience managing employees at various levels.
Effective customer service skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Preferred, but not limited to, Sport Management, Communication and Marketing Majors
Experience supervising part-time or seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

Assist in the entire game day operations layout including ticket sales, order processing, gate attendant and ticket scanning.
Independently direct all pre-game and in-game planning to ensure ticket windows and services perform satisfactorily.
Supervise, schedule, and manage the performance of part-time ticket office staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues related to ticketing.
Independently and accurately troubleshoot and resolve guest issues.
Oversee gate operations and scanning processes to ensure fast and secure guest entry.
Take care of set up and tear down for basketball, wrestling and lacrosse home games.
Greet guests in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
Work with other members of the team in order to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
Identify areas for growth and enhanced engagement.
