The Atlanta Braves and Truist Park Ticket Operations manages the entire ticketing process from event build and sales, to distribution, to customer support and data analysis. Along with Major League Baseball and other internal departments, as well as outside stakeholders like Ticketmaster and LiveNation, we leverage industry leading technology to ensure a seamless experience for fans.

Requirements

  • College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent executive presence
  • Must complete a background check
  • Ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility including confidentiality, sense of urgency, and accountability
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented person who can prioritize their workload and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm in attitude and approach

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience in the computerized ticketing industry or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of cashier and accounting procedures
  • Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Accessible Services phone line and email
  • Serve as liaison between Ticket Sales and Service department and Ticket Office with payments and ticketing issues that may arise
  • Respond to telephone and e-mail requests regarding tickets from all staff in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with verifying ticket orders as well as filing orders when completed
  • Process and ship mail orders using UPS and FedEx software
  • Assist full-time staff with game day operations in the Ticket Office
  • Contribute as a team member to the overall success of the Atlanta Braves Ticket Operations Department
  • Ability to adapt to a team player environment
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
