Game Day Representative - Notre Dame
About The Position
Legends Global partners with teams, stadiums, and athletic directors to strengthen sales and partnership results. As an extension of your team, their sales experts create custom solutions and programs. Notre Dame Global Partnerships (NDGP), a joint venture of JMI Sports and Legends, manages sales, marketing, sponsorship, multimedia rights, and branding for the University of Notre Dame’s Athletics programs. NDGP focuses on building integrated partnerships with brands that share Notre Dame's commitment to academic and athletic excellence. This Game Day Representative role will provide weekend/gameday support for the Legends at Notre Dame partnerships team and will also be responsible for various projects leading up to and recapping weekly events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Eager to learn and work with your department in the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to multitask a few projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Football home game support (Friday night dinners, Saturday on-site game day activations)
- Metrics / tracking / data
- Citi Shamrock Classic planning and support
- Campus Tour guide for all prospects and clients
- Inventory / cage gear tracking
- Recaps for partners
- Pub Network support
- Supporting hosting client campus events throughout the year
