About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing various aspects of game day operations to ensure a smooth and successful event. The supervisor will prepare the competition site, manage cash handling, greet teams and officials, oversee concessions, and support game day volunteers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
• Effective oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid IA drivers license

Responsibilities

• Prepare competition site
• Meet ticket taker at competition site with cashbox
• Meet and greet visiting team, escort to locker room
• Meet and greet officials
• Open and close concession stand
• Collect cashbox at the end of the ticket taker’s shift
• Supervise the event site before, during and after the competition is completed
• Support game day volunteers with questions
• Perform other duties as assigned
