About The Position

A Game Attendant must have strong cash management and guest service skills, including but not limited to, balancing, point of sale understanding, suggestive selling, and must be people oriented. Must have a complete understanding of the games department process as well as other duties. A game attendant must be able to work well under pressure, be a team player, and be customer service oriented.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Running, being able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, and basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to present new and innovative ideas on how to improve procedures, etc.
  • Must possess good math, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Must have a high sense of commitment, as well as good people skills.
  • Must be dependable and honest.
  • Must follow dress code. Must be in proper uniform at all times while inside the park.
  • Must be able to perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by Management.

Responsibilities

  • Must have excellent guest service skills.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must feel comfortable working with money. (Making change, etc.)
  • Must understand how to operate all games.
  • Must work honestly and efficiently.
  • Must keep an accurate inventory of plush in assigned game(s).
  • Must be very enthusiastic and must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must understand that a game is like a stage and one must perform effectively in order to sell the game to guests.
  • Must follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Must be willing to help other departments as needed.
  • Responsible for checking work schedule and being on time when scheduled to work.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
  • When helping other departments, don’t complain. Be a team player.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by Game Supervisor/ Manager
