Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset).
• Background in Front Office or Food & Beverage is a bonus.
• Comfortable using basic computer programs like Word and Excel.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs.
• Communicate clearly in English (bilingualism is an asset).
• Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creating memorable guest experiences.
• Performing front desk duties.
• Utilizing basic computer programs like Word and Excel.
• Using Opera or other hotel operating systems (a plus).
