About The Position
We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor's in education or equivalent; Associates in Education or equivalent
- 2-3 year experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the classroom’s instructional direction by designing and spearheading age-appropriate activities that advance the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of your students.
- Strategic implementation of the curriculum, ensuring a seamless educational progression from infancy through school age to achieve optimal kindergarten readiness.
- Guide the Assistant Teacher in daily care routines—such as feeding, hygiene, and rest periods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, utilizing the Classroom Management system to maintain professional and transparent communication.
- Collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director to uphold the highest standards of early childhood education and operational excellence.
