About The Position

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a teaching or educational support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Support the management of classroom behavior and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
