As a GA Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you will serve as a supporting educator in the classroom, ensuring high-quality instruction aligned with Georgia's Pre-K program standards. You will assist in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire a love of learning, foster social-emotional growth, and prepare children for kindergarten success.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED
Must hold a valid CDA or TCC
Proven experience in a classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with state Pre-K guidelines and curriculum.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Partner with parents through consistent, open communication.
Ensure compliance with GA Pre-K state requirements.
Collaborate with Lead Teachers, Directors, and staff to deliver excellence in care and education.
