The Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC) combines deep institutional expertise, technical leadership, and a strong commitment to U.S. missions. Through HASC, Team Credence provides operational and administrative support to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) to coordinate humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and foreign assistance efforts across multiple bureaus, maintaining a 24/7 response capability. Credence is seeking experienced global health and international development professionals to join a G2G Co-Design Advisor Consultant Pool. Advisors will be deployed globally on project-based assignments to support the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) in advancing the America First Global Health Strategy through the design and implementation of Government-to-Government (G2G) health assistance programs. The G2G Co-Design Advisor (Consultant) will provide high-level technical, policy, and strategic advisory support to U.S. Government Embassies and partner-country governments as they transition health assistance programs toward direct government ownership and implementation. Advisors will collaborate with Ministries of Health, Finance, Planning, and other stakeholders to develop sustainable, accountable, and results-oriented G2G agreements that strengthen health systems and improve program outcomes. Selected candidates will be admitted to a pre-qualified consultant pool and may be engaged for future task-order based assignments based on mission needs, expertise, language skills, regional experience, and availability. Assignments may be short-term or long-term and may be performed in-country, remotely, or through a hybrid work arrangement.
