G Tech Driver with Air Brake
About The Position
This role involves working 40+ hours per week with overtime paid at time and a half. The hourly rate is $28.69/hr with annual raises. The position is safety conscious, and employees are well-trained and equipped to work in a healthy and safe manner. The company is a fifth-generation, family-owned business founded in 1887, with over 1200 employees working in environmental waste management and recovery, renewable energy, paving and construction, aggregates, and emulsions chemistries. They operate from the Niagara Region with facilities across Canada and the United States, emphasizing care for the environment, each other, and their communities.
Requirements
- Valid G Class Driver’s License.
- Clean drivers abstract and criminal background check.
- Knowledge of Alberta Transportation and Economic Corrdiors regulations.
- Customer service experience.
- As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a vacuum truck an asset.
Responsibilities
- Performing customer service as it relates to collection of preprocessed product, grease trap cleaning and deliveries of processed product to customers.
