The Store Manager is responsible for the daily management of staff and the establishment, under the supervision of the coordinator. This includes coaching, managing orders, bank deposits, staff management, financial reporting, conducting interviews, hiring, and training. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by building lasting relationships with clients and representatives, executing merchandising and planograms in compliance, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store to maintain a safe and stimulating work environment. Additionally, the manager must ensure the availability of food products, prepare and cook food according to hygiene and safety standards, and keep the store, equipment, and food section clean, organized, and attractive.
