FX OPS Section Manager
About The Position
The FX OPS Section Manager is responsible for the management of a subset of the foreign exchange functions. You must be located within the Huntington Corporate office footprint. This is a hybrid position Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- 5 or more years of Foreign Exchange experience
- Leadership in Foreign Exchange.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to manage through fast paced environment.
- Experience with Wall Street systems
- Experience with MTS
Responsibilities
- Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as a liaison with front and middle office.
- Management of day to day responsibilities for a team of direct reports.
- Resolves issues that are strategic, or compliance related.
- Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
- Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
- Establishes quality of service level for the area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
