About The Position

As the FVP, Marketing Manager - Correspondent Lending, you'll provide strategic marketing direction and drive the implementation of marketing campaigns for AmeriHome’s Correspondent, Delegated and Non-Delegated business. This Management role is accountable for engaging with senior business and sales leaders to shape the long-term marketing strategy, develop innovative growth initiatives, and deliver measurable impact that directly contributes to market share expansion, client loyalty, and brand leadership in the mortgage servicing industry. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and event management teams to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences that support business growth. The ideal candidate will focus on marketing strategies to acquire new mortgage banking clients, nurture existing relationships, and re-engage prior clients to drive long-term growth and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of related experience in Marketing & Communications, Mortgage Banking, Financial Services or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth, digital marketing, brand strategy, SEO, social media and integrated campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to drive targeting and segmentation.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing communications projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitive positioning analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage marketing regulatory compliance controls and testing processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across Delegated and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending.
  • Elevate and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, communications, and client touchpoints.
  • Partner with sales and operations leaders to create targeted campaigns that drive client growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with Event Management to plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, and trade group engagements.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product announcements, branded merchandise, and media outreach.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support the development of sales tools and partner programs that enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Manage website resources, tracking tools, and client acquisition features to ensure relevance and usability.
  • Manage and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.
