We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement team for a 10-12 week paid internship. About the Role As a Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to enhance and maintain essential pharmacovigilance (PV) operational policies, processes, and standards at a global level. You will play a key role in process improvements in areas such as document creation and training initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence and advanced technology; activities that support global audits and inspections; partner strategy and management; process governance for entering and reporting data held within and distributed from the global safety database and much more.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate students in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Public Health, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong interest in pharmacovigilance, technology, and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global PV processes, policies, and standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop innovative process improvements utilizing AI tools and methodologies.
  • Help ensure adherence to international pharmacovigilance regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in meetings with global colleagues and contribute to projects that impact the safety of healthcare products worldwide.
