About The Position

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. The Technology Procurement Co-op will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract analysis, and technology investment initiatives across a global enterprise environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to technology procurement, vendor negotiations, digital transformation programs, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders. The co-op will gain practical experience in managing supplier relationships, analyzing spend data, supporting sourcing events, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business value.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or any related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or technology.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel analytics.
  • Coursework in business analytics, supply chain, finance, or technology management.

Responsibilities

  • Support technology sourcing and procurement initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services categories.
  • Assist with supplier and contract analysis, including pricing comparisons, market research, and benchmarking.
  • Analyze spending data to identify savings opportunities, supplier consolidation potential, and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for procurement leadership.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and support stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and digital capability projects.
  • Support contract lifecycle and procurement workflow management activities.
  • Research emerging technology market trends and supplier innovations.
