2027 Future Talent Program – Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics – Co-op

MSD•South San Francisco, CA
•$39,108 - $111,111•Hybrid

About The Position

The Future Talent Program offers cooperative education opportunities lasting up to six months and involving one or more projects within the Research and Development Division. The Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) group, within the Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism & Bioanalytics (PDMB) function, supports discovery and development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs). The co-op will contribute to research using LC-HRMS technologies and computational tools to investigate drug conjugate stability, biotransformation, and catabolism through mass spectrometry and data analysis. Working alongside scientists supporting oncology drug discovery programs, the co-op will identify and characterize ADC and PDC catabolites using LC-HRMS and computational data analysis. The work includes evaluating stability and biotransformation, analyzing complex mass spectrometry datasets, and supporting workflows to improve the efficiency and reproducibility of catabolite identification. The position is a fixed-term intern/co-op role, with a hybrid work arrangement and a first-shift (day) schedule. The program lasts up to six months. No relocation or travel is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered. The stated salary range is $39,108 through $111,111.
