About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking driven, high-potential individuals for its 6-month Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This role is designed for top performers who aspire to leadership. Participants will gain expertise in the field, develop skills in team building and leadership, and progress to a Team Lead position upon demonstrating performance and the ability to develop others. The program offers a clear path to leadership, strong earning potential with a base plus commission structure, hands-on development in recruiting, coaching, and leadership, a proven system with scripts and training, and a high-energy culture with competitions and incentives.
Requirements
- Door-to-Door or Sales Experience Preferred.
- Leadership Potential: competitive, coachable, and ready to grow.
- Strong Work Ethic: lead by example through action.
- High energy, positive, and driven to win personality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads door-to-door and close deals in the field.
- Shadow current leaders and begin mentoring newer representatives.
- Identify and attract future team members.
- Assist with onboarding and field training for new hires.
- Join ride-alongs, help with appointments, and build team momentum.
- Gradually take ownership of team performance and results.
