About The Position

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX Business, is seeking NAF Interns for its Future Ready Lab program. This unique paid internship opportunity is designed for students at NAF Academies in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Interns will participate in skill-building workshops, gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, and collaborate with team members and mentors to complete a business project. The six-week paid internship, starting in June 2026, will focus on Technology and Innovation. Interns will work hands-on with teams critical to Pratt & Whitney’s growth through innovation, technology development, and continuous improvement, incorporating new expertise learned from workshops and professional development events. The final week will involve preparing and delivering a professional presentation of key insights and skills to company executives and industry leaders. Potential project areas include Supply Chain and Materials Planning, Repair and Aftermarket Engineering, Engine Testing Systems and Controls, Project Management and Planning, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at Forest Hill Community High School
• Rising seniors (summer between 11th & 12th grade)
• Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
• Commitment to all dates and times of the internship
• Must be at least 16 years of age
