Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD.
- The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
- RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure laboratory safety, functionality, quality, and audit readiness by supporting engineering lab leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including environmental health and safety, IT, metrology, and security, to optimize lab operations.
- Manage key lab functions such as calibration, PPE, chemical shelf-life, and preventive maintenance.
- Support compliance efforts by preparing teams, workspaces, and documentation for reviews.
- Monitor and maintain environmental controls, including temperature and humidity, for lab operations.
- Develop multitasking and project management skills while responding to dynamic operational needs.
