You will manage leasing, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, coordinate maintenance and repairs, support resident needs, and ensure day-to-day operations stay on track, all while delivering a welcoming, best-in-class experience for residents. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in making a real impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of front-line customer service and sales experience.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet resident needs.
• A desire for continuous learning, growth, and career development.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Property management and/or leadership experience would be an asset.
