About The Position

ATCO Frontec is hiring team members to support our remote camp in Menihek, NL for March 2026. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can help keep our camp running smoothly and provide excellent service to residents. The available positions are for Kitchen Staff (Chef, Cooks, General Kitchen Help), Housekeeping Staff (Camp Attendants, Room Attendants), and Janitorial Staff. The rotation involves 12-hour shifts with a 14 days on and 14 days off schedule. Travel days are not paid.

Requirements

• The successful kitchen candidate must hold a valid food safety certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and pass pre-employment checks (including drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive positions).
• Must pass a pre-employment alcohol & drug test and criminal record check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or janitorial roles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, maintain food safety standards, assist with inventory and kitchen cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, handle linens, ensure hygienic conditions throughout the camp.
• Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, sanitise facilities, and support overall site cleanliness.
