About The Position

Join our team at Strategic Sight Consulting LLC for an opportunity as a FUSION All-Source CUAS Analyst providing intelligence support to the C5ISR Center and the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade's Theater Ground Intelligence Center-Central (TGIC-C) located at Ft. Gordon, GA. The selected candidate will provide all-source and specialized intelligence analysis focused on adversary UAS operations, emerging threats, network activities, and Counter-UAS mission requirements within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
BA/BS with 3-10 years of experience; or Associate degree with 7 years of experience; or HS Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
Requires Military Intelligence MOS background and completion of formal military intelligence training/school.
More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
More than three (3) years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations, including counter-facilitation.
More than three (3) years of experience providing counter-threat intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, or link diagram.
Must possess strong writing and briefing skills and is expected to provide Flag Officer-level and above analysis.
Must have experience conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices, specifically RCIED and UAS, and describing how the device functions.
Must have knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
Must demonstrate ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
Must have the ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items to provide technology assessments.

Nice To Haves

Create and maintain data models used to turn complex organizational data into usable data.
Develop, test, and maintain scripts using Python programming language.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source and specialized intelligence analysis and vulnerability assessment support on adversary UAS operations within the CENTCOM AOR in support of FUSION analytical efforts.
Provide multi-faceted analysis that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activities.
Maintain an expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as NGT, RMT, Crate, M3, TAC, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE, NRO Fade, NCTC Online, TIDE, Highpoint, ICReach SIGINT database, and Cultweave SIGINT database.
Maintain a practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as Cedallion, GETS, ArcGIS, Map of the World, and Google Earth.
Demonstrate expert understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific emphasis on Groups 1-3 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and UxS, their capabilities, technical performance, and operational employment.
Possess strong professional writing skills for the development of intelligence products.
Respond to and meet established suspense requirements for assigned Requests for Information.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring intelligence efforts are aligned with broader organizational priorities.
Develop and execute intelligence strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Maintain an understanding of AIDP and MAVEN.
Possess strong critical thinking skills.
