Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level position requiring less than one year of experience
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Nice To Haves

Previous work experience in manufacturing and/or the aerospace industry preferred

Responsibilities

Use microscope to complete visual inspection of parts in accordance with SOP’s.
Use small hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, and precision cutting tools.
Operate manufacturing equipment such as thick film printers, solder paste dispensers, reflow ovens, molding machines, curing ovens, vapor degreasers and computers.
Escalate equipment issues to the maintenance team through verbal and written communication.
Verbal or written communication of problems to manufacturing leadership and assistance in identifying process variables to bring about resolution.
Complete paperwork such as production travelers, inspection records, and test reports to ensure effective communication and reliable documentation.
Adhere to AEM safety protocols and supports Company efforts toward compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.
Other duties as assigned.
