Artco has nearly 40 years’ experience in manufacturing case goods, upholstered furniture, and millwork for the hospitality industry across North America. Artco specializes in high-end custom furniture for luxury hotels and is part of the Chervin group of companies which also provides high-end custom residential cabinetry, residential furniture, and home décor. Requirements
- Understanding of fabric/leathers in the upholstery process
- Knowledge of various upholstery techniques, from simple panel wrapping to ability to upholster chairs/couches etc.
- A keen attention to detail
- A self-motivated desire to produce valuable work

Nice To Haves
- Skills in CNC fabric cutting/sewing machines an asset though not required.
- 2+ years general wood working experience (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist our team in applying foam/dacron/low melt on headboards, bed rails, wall panels etc.
- Assist with applying the specific fabric/leather on headboards, bed rails, wall panels, cushions, etc.
- Occasionally custom upholstered units are required, and require more details preparing patterns and detail upholstery knowledge.
- Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently
