Furniture Fair is seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Design Representative to join our growing team. With 12 locations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, we help clients create living spaces they love. This role is ideal for individuals who have a knack for interior design, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by sales success. Requirements
- Great style and ability to use design skills to help customers solve interior design challenges.
- Enjoy helping people, building relationships, and sharing knowledge of design and eye for style.
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and a great written tone where personality shines through.
- Familiarity with product lines across many retail and wholesale home vendors.
- Experience in sales with the ability to quickly decipher a client's needs and match them with perfect products.
- Hard worker, passionate about craft, and driven to succeed.

- Ability to work with a team and one-on-one with clients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive store sales.
- Perform productive in-home consultations, including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space.
- Engage clients in a professional and personable way that demonstrates personal passion for the product.
- Maintain a professional appearance that represents the Furniture Fair brand.
- Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences, and living space.
- Follow through on product arrivals and set up with each client to ensure a seamless experience.
- Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills, including following up with clients regarding promotions and new product arrivals.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design center assortment.
