As a Florida-grown, family-owned brand with 19 showrooms, we’re known for our laid-back style and people-first service. Our Distribution Center in Largo is the final stop before our products reach customers’ homes, and we’re looking for a Furniture Prep Quality Specialist who treats every piece as if it were headed to their own backyard. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role; it’s the last line of defense against scratches, scuffs, and surprises. You’ll be the reason our furniture arrives looking showroom-fresh and customer-ready.
Requirements
- Eagle eyes for detail and color
- Comfort lifting and handling furniture with care and confidence
- Pride in keeping things polished, orderly, and ready for their big debut
- A collaborative spirit is a team effort, not a solo mission
- Must have a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Inspect furniture orders with precision and care—no detail too small
- Touch up surfaces using paints, markers, and wax pencils like a finishing artist
- Scan, color-match, and prep merchandise for delivery with showroom standards in mind
- Keep your workspace spotless, safe, and organized
- Lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs.) as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Help streamline workflows and prevent damage before it happens.
