About The Position

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for a Furniture Loader! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. The Furniture Loader's starting pay is $20.97/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.97/hr. after 60 days. After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50+/week! Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed. Requirements

Continuous bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, and kneeling
Occasional crawling, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, twisting
Continuous lifting up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
A quality-minded individual who can complete tasks in an orderly and timely manner compliant with an assembly line.
Decision making skills
Someone who can contribute to a team working environment to accomplish one common goal.
Willing to work overtime and possibly multiple or different tasks daily as needed.
