We’re seeking a professional, positive, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Team Leader to join our close-knit team. Requirements

Must be 25 years of age or older.
Previous experience loading/unloading furniture and performing final-mile in-home delivery is highly preferred.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Ability to successfully pass a drug and background screen.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture safely.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and deliver higher-end furniture to customers’ homes.
Provide exceptional in-home customer service, including careful placement of furniture, assembly (as needed), and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Work closely with lead driver, during in-home deliveries, maintaining a professional and efficient team dynamic.
Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude at all times.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment.
Communicate effectively with the warehouse, sales team, and customers.
