About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a hands-on and meaningful role in bringing each customer's purchase to life. You'll inspect, wrap, and load your truck to ensure every order is protected and ready for delivery. Once you arrive at each home, you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece exactly where the customer envisions it. Your craftsmanship, care, and courtesy turn an empty space into a home, making you the final and memorable step in the customer experience.

Requirements

Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Valid driver's license with a qualified driving record.
Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
Experience operating a 24-26 ft. straight/box truck.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions.
Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs.
Ability to navigate stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Inspect, wrap, and load furniture onto the delivery truck.
Assemble furniture at the customer's home.
Perform minor touchups on furniture as needed.
Place furniture in the customer's desired location.
Ensure a positive final customer experience through craftsmanship, care, and courtesy.
