About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver with Clark's White Glove Delivery, you're not just a "delivery" person. You're a delivery professional who takes great pride in building relationships with our customers and serving as a strong representative of our company. You'll work with a delivery assistant (two-person delivery teams) to deliver a variety of beautiful, high-end home furnishings to the homes and businesses of our customers. Prior to departing for your deliveries, you will support merchandise quality and product staging as items are prepared for delivery. You focus equally on safety and a job well done.

Requirements

• Must be able to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Must be able to carry heavy items (200lbs +) with assistance or proper lifting equipment.
• Must have a For Hire Endorsement.
• Must have a DOT Medical Card.
• Athletic build including core strength, agility and stamina.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues innovatively and quickly.
• Empathetic and sensitive to being in a customer's home or business.
• Ability to approach each customer with care and agility.
• Ability to work safely and handle product with attention to detail.
• Sense of camaraderie and ability to work closely with delivery assistants.
• Ability to work in a professional workplace in collaboration with peers and the broader team.
