About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Assistant, you will support the Delivery Driver in ensuring customers receive their newly purchased furniture with care, precision, and professionalism. You will inspect, wrap, and prepare orders for transport and help load and unload the truck. At customers’ homes, you will work with your delivery partner to assemble furniture and place each item where the customer wants it, helping create a positive delivery experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a delivery partner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude, including in challenging or high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including items over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license with a qualified driving record (highly preferred).

Responsibilities
