About The Position

Nesco Resource is now hiring for experienced 1st Shift Furniture Assembler positions at a local facility in Hickory, NC. This role involves assembling furniture components and case goods according to production and quality standards. Duties include performing furniture assembly, preparation, sanding, finishing, spraying, or other related production duties. Candidates will also inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality standards are met, use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently, and follow production instructions and established safety procedures. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also essential.

Requirements

Experience in furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, case goods, sanding, spraying, finishing, assembly prep, or related manufacturing experience.
Dependable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
1 year or more of relevant experience (may qualify for a higher starting rate).
