Requirements
- 2+ years thoroughly documented & relevant work experience
- No license/certification needed
Responsibilities
- Manage, inventory and distribute furnishings located in warehouse and 12 dormitories.
- Conduct physical inventories as described in AFI 32-6000, CE Housing Management.
- Request, receive, issue, store, and coordinate delivery and pickup of all Government-owned furnishings used in authorized facilities within established timelines.
- Identify and report suspected abuse or loss of property for items damaged, destroyed, or lost.
- Purchase, receipt, issue, installation, warranty tracking, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Prepare and update annually one- and five-year long-range furnishings plans.
- Submit furnishings budgets to the Housing Chief as required.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle, navigating throughout Dyess AFB on both paved and gravel roads.
