About The Position

As a Funnel Strategist, you will own the strategy, testing, and performance improvement of lead generation funnels across ads, landing pages, offers, and follow-up flows. You will work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to identify bottlenecks, create strong funnel angles, and turn data into tests that improve CPL, conversion rates, and booked calls.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in funnel strategy, performance marketing, growth marketing, conversion optimization, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, offers, paid traffic, conversion metrics, and user drop-off points
  • Hands-on experience analyzing funnel data and making decisions based on CPL, conversion rate, booked calls, CTR, opt-in rate, and related metrics
  • Ability to create and test different funnel angles based on pain points, desires, outcomes, and customer psychology
  • Experience researching competitor funnels, ads, landing pages, positioning, and follow-up flows
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership - you can take unclear data, structure the chaos, and build a system around it
  • Advanced English, used day-to-day for communication, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lead generation, marketplace, SaaS, real estate, or high-volume performance marketing environments
  • Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, ideation, or workflow improvement
  • Ukrainian or Russian language skills
  • Experience creating weekly performance updates with metrics, insights, decisions, and next steps
  • Experience working in fast-changing startup environments where priorities can shift quickly

Responsibilities

  • Analyze funnel performance across CTR, opt-in rate, booking rate, CPL, conversion rate, and drop-offs to identify where the funnel is underperforming
  • Develop and test funnel angles, hooks, headlines, offers, landing page flows, and CTAs based on customer psychology and market awareness
  • Research competitor ads, landing pages, offers, positioning, follow-up flows, and CTAs to understand what is working in the market
  • Prioritize and run high-impact funnel tests against current controls, using clear metrics and enough traffic before making scaling decisions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to turn funnel insights into landing page, flow, and offer improvements
  • Build simple systems, reports, and testing artifacts that make funnel performance visible and help the team move faster
  • Translate funnel learnings into practical recommendations that directly improve lead quality, user conversion, and revenue outcomes
