About The Position
Nie Family Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive compensation, with a typical average of $60,000-$65,000 annually and no earning cap. The position provides the freedom to set your own schedule and balance work and life priorities. You will be working in a recession-proof industry and will be supported by a dedicated team providing qualified leads, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources. As an Advance Funeral Planner, you will develop relationships with clients who want to preplan their funeral, helping them plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. Precoa's field management offers organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to ensure success in this unique and growing industry.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities

- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
