Funeral Sales Representative (base, benefits and uncapped commission)
About The Position
As a Funeral Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. You will have a dedicated team supporting your efforts with qualified leads, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources. This role offers the security of a base salary, commission, and benefits, allowing you to grow community connections and increase earning potential in a recession-proof profession. You will make what you want with base salary and commission compensation, with typical annual earnings between $50,000 - $60,000 with no earning cap. The company provides lead generation programs and strategic marketing programs at no cost, and you will represent premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings.
Requirements
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
- Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
