As an Advance Funeral Planner, you'll impact your community by developing relationships with clients who want to preplan their funeral. Your field manager brings local connections, hands-on mentorship, and coaching to help you grow your own book of business — you're building it yourself, but you're never doing it alone. You can focus on what you do best — connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. Precoa is the leading national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry. We partner with premier, market-leading funeral homes and implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed. Our goal is to help as many families as possible prearrange and put into place intentional plans to help their families begin healing at the time of loss.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to effectively generate leads and close appointments
- Excellent listening, lead generation, and networking abilities

Responsibilities
- Make what you want: Earn compensation you control by building your own book of business through community education programs, referral relationships, and aftercare connections (typical average of $30,000–$50,000 annually, with no earning cap)
